This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you, the client, ("Client") and CazaCars ("Company"), effective as of the date the application is submitted.

1. Services Provided CazaCars agrees to provide services related to the submission and processing of the Client's application for approval.

2. Cancellation Policy In the event that the Client chooses to cancel the services after their application has been submitted and approved by the bank, the Client agrees to pay a mandatory, non-refundable cancellation fee of $500.

3. Non-Refundable Fee The cancellation fee of $500 will be charged regardless of any circumstances that lead to the cancellation. The Client understands that once the application is approved by the bank, the fee is due and payable immediately upon cancellation.

4. Payment of Cancellation Fee The Client agrees to pay the non-refundable cancellation fee within 24 hours of cancellation. If the fee is not paid within the specified period, the Company reserves the right to pursue legal action or engage collection agencies to recover the amount.

5. Agreement Acceptance By entering into this Agreement, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein, including the non-refundable cancellation fee.

6. Governing Law This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.
